Michael Eubanks performs during May's Live@5 concert. Eubanks performs smooth sax and soulful, sultry vocals.

Entry is $10 for ARTx3 members and $15 for nonmembers. Pay at the door. Complimentary beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages are included. THIS EVENT IS FOR GUESTS AGES 21 and OLDER.

ABOUT THE PERFORMER

Michael Eubanks is an Arkansas native, a performing artist, sound engineer, and educator for over three decades. In addition, Michael is a United States Army veteran (the second of three generations of veterans in his family). He studied music and performed in various music ensembles at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in the early to mid-2000s while building his brand as a performing artist.

Although music is his main passion, Michael is also passionate about mental health. He is a licensed mental health professor with a Master of Social Work (LMSW), concentration in Management and Community Practice (MCP) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Michael's educators and mentors are the current Robert Brack, the late E.O. Huddleston, Isaac Leonard Johnson, Art Porter Sr., and Lorenzo Smith.

Eubanks has performed in the U.S., Europe, and East Asia. He has shared the bill with renowned national and international artists including Blackfoot, Lynn White, Betty Wright, Mel Waiters, The Bar-Kays, Earl Klugh, Freda Payne, Chante Moore, Kirk Whalum, and Melba Moore, and has performed for presidents, vice presidents, other important people. Michael has two completed works, "On A Day Like This" and "Christmas at Michael's."

Michael is on the Board of Directors of the Robert L. Brack Music Scholarship fund and a member of the Arkansas Arts Council as an Artist-on-Tour and Artist-in-Education. He is the owner and JBM Entertainment Production, a founding partner of the Creative Talent Council, and host of"3rd Sunday Jazz—Art in this Space." Michael will take your breath away when he takes center stage with his smooth sax and soulful, sultry vocal style.
