Participation in our classes requires a completed Class Registration Packet. You only need to complete the package once, or you can submit a new one if your information changes. Students under the age of 18 require Parent and/or Guardian consent in the form of contact information.

What if I need to cancel my enrollment for a class or workshop? Can I get a refund?
Enrollment fees are refunded if the cancellation is made more than five business days prior to the class or workshop.
Please note: No refunds are issued if the cancellation is made less than five business days prior to a class or workshop.
If I need to cancel my enrollment, can I receive credit to attend another class in the future?
We do not issue class credits toward future sessions; however, a refund is issued if the cancellation is made more than five business days prior to the class or workshop.
Who do I contact if I have technical difficulties ordering tickets online?

What if I lost, damaged, or could not print my ticket?
An original receipt or order number will be required to provide a replacement ticket. Print your confirmation email, or write down the order number provided in the confirmation email. Please present this at the Visitors Relations Coordinator desk or call the Visitor Relations Coordinator at (870) 536-3375.
What if I need to switch my enrollment to a different class?
Exchanges of equal value may be made prior to five business days from the ticketed event. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed and is subject to a first­-come, first-­served basis. If class fees are not equal, a full refund will be made for the cancelled class, and a new order will be processed for the alternate class.
What if a class is cancelled?
Classes that do not reach minimum enrollment will be cancelled and fees refunded 100%.
