Ages 50-plus are invited to put their problem-solving skills to the test in a fun, friendly, and relaxed setting. Work independently or as a team to complete puzzles while enjoying conversation, laughter, and a little friendly competition. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and enjoy the challenge!
The event is part of ARTx3’s Golden Hour programming for ages 50 and older. The event is free but registration is required.

Bethany Gere is the ARTx3 Campus' Theater and Public Programs Coordinator. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Arkansas at Monticellow, a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology, and a Bachelor of Fine Art in Musical Theatre from Ouachita Baptist University. Bethany has been performing in shows at The Arts and Science Center for Southeast Arkansas and across the Southeast region since 2011. Some of her favorite performances include PUFFS (Leanne), Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Marie, Fairy Godmother), 9 to 5 the Musical (Kathy), numerous Razzle Dazzles, 42nd Street (Diane Lorimer), and Hairspray (Tracy Turnblad) — a role which she also performed professionally at Murry's Dinner Playhouse.
Bethany has received many awards including The ARTx3 Good Egg Award in 2021, The Artsy Hero Award from the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson County in 2024, A Teacher of Impact from the Arkansas School of Math and Science, was recognized as The Arkansas Governor’s Schools Highly influential Teachers, and won several Bellamy Awards including Best Lighting Design, Best Musical Director and Best Director. Bethany is also no stranger to the production teams of many musicals. She has directed, choreographed, and music-directed shows such as Sister Act, Legally Blonde the Musical, The Last Five Years, Rock of Ages, Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical, Miracle on Main, and Razzle Dazzle.
