Explore how primary colors combine to create secondary colors through a hands-on color-mixing activity. Mix red and yellow to make orange and blue and yellow to make green. Observe how changing the amount of each color can create different shades. This activity introduces color mixing, observation, and scientific investigation.
Visitors may drop into the Creative Construction Zone during regular visitor hours (10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday).
